I tried a while back and it did. The interesting thing is, the problem got
fixed like 6 patches ago.

It now eats a lot less ram. Its at most using 5. And I upgraded my ram to 32GB.

When I first got 32GB it was eating like 12GB or something.

So I guess this is fixed for now.
