[Bug 32845] Installing Cisco CSM 4.2 in Ubuntu x64 fails (32bit works)

issue solved by setting WINEARCH to win32.  Program installs and runs.  Login
window is drawn a little incorrectly but doesn't stop you from logging in.

Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
