[Bug 13585] Quicken Premier 2008: Crashes when trying to use a data file.

I tried placing the GDIplus folder in the Quicken folder, I originally had it
in the windows/system folder (per the web link). I also tried using "built in"
and "native" but the results are the same, Quicken crashes everytime I try to
open my datafile. I still get the fixme line: 

fixme:gdiplus:GdipSetLineBlend not implemented

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here.
