[Bug 33873] Photoshop CS2 fails to "save as"

Ok, I found a way to reproduce the bug easily.

1. Open an image file (I took a .jpg downloaded on internet).
2. Display your "action" script window (alt+f9)
3. At the bottom of this window, select "create a new action". Clic "Record".
4. direct "save as" your document. Error should appear.
5. Repeat the "save as" step if the first works. After 2/3 taimes, error
message.
