Have added my work-in-progress patchset to the Staging tree:

There is still one thing where I am not sure about: where does the SystemCache
value come from? I compared it with several values in the SYSTEM_*_INFORMATION
structs but there doesn't seem to be anything equivalent. This implementation
sets the value to 0 so far.
