Well I just tried uplay game and it started, but it had some other issue in
gameplay. Are you aware that there are uplay bugs that need wine-staging
version of wine or self compiled wine with the patches?

To my understanding it's not possible to use pure/vanila wine with uplay.

Also windows version could make a difference.
