Wine version: 11.0 (Staging), exact rc is unknown

Application HyView_.exe from "Russisch aktuell" crashes during installation of
ver 13.001 and also start of version 12.001 of "Russisch aktuell" after update
to Fedora 43 Workstation. Wine starts.
