Can you retry in 1.5.16 to see if it's a change in wine that broke it? If it is, please run a regression test: http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting
I tried serveral versions of Wine, but it's not a regression as it occurred in all versions. By now somebody reported a workaround. The problem seems to be caused by "dnsapi.dll".
