Is it going to interfere with my local installation from Debian repository? Should I delete it first and then perform the bisect?
The regression test procedure does not interfere with Wine installed from a package because it builds and runs Wine from a source tree. That said, I don't think it is necessary at this point. I can confirm with my testing that the regression that triggers the problem with AIMP has already been fixed in the latest master.
