Hello,

I think there is a regression in wine-2.6.0.

The following code is working from wine-1.6 to wine-2.5 and _NOT_ working with
wine-2.6 and later.

```
    Dim DBADO As ADODB.Connection
    MsgBox "Create new ADODB Object..."
    Set DBADO = New ADODB.Connection
    MsgBox "ADODB Object created ! Opening Jet DB"
    DBADO.Open "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0; Data Source=" & App.Path &
"\test.mdb"                  ' <<<<< Error 429
    MsgBox "Connexion open. Status :" & DBADO.State
```
