The technology of the application is stated in the project description "and created a .NET 4.0 WPF client..." The application developer explicitly mentions the requirements on the page: --- quote --- The tool was built in Visual Studio 2010 and .NET 4.0. The .NET 4.0 Client Profile is required to run the tool. --- quote --- Not sure how one can miss this...
