Backtrace with $BreakOnFirstChance=0

If I set set $BreakOnFirstChance=0 (as advised in
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15520#c14) I get a different backtrace,
where the first crashing function is RtlAllocateHeap.
