Hello,

can't reproduce the msxml problems.
Installs and starts fine in clean WINEPREFIX.

$ sha1sum VTTraderSetup.exe 
ea47befe090a793ebb7cbca7cde810af52adc94e  VTTraderSetup.exe

$ wine --version
wine-1.3.35-147-gb433f1c
