The only WSA* call I am making is WSAStartup(MAKEWORD(2,2), &wsdata) for
initialization of the Winsock DLL. The socket, bind, listen, setsockopt,
connect, accept, send, recv are all vanilla stuff that work on both Linux and
Windows.
