It also occurs when I launch Cities in Motion from console while Steam is running but if I exit Steam before launching the game, the system cursor is invisible as expected. This happens with both 1.3.23 and 1.3.24. BTW I wouldn't take bugs occuring in/with Witcher 1 for bugs in Wine as that game is incredibly bugged and unstable on its own if run from Windows.
