wined3d: Handle a zero source value for WINED3DSIH_RSQ.
This is the first commit to show the red fog (and other solid colors light reflections).
That's clearly a different problem than the initial bug though, possibly a duplicate of bug 21627 and bug 21641. I would very much like to fix those regressions, but I'm currently waiting for console output and hardware info for those. As for the original report, since that's not a regression it will be harder to debug, although that's mostly a matter of carefully looking at how the game draws those objects.
