[Bug 32295] WinUAE emulation window not refreshed properly when other windows move in front of it

With Wine 1.5.18, the rendering problems go away after setting the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Wine/X11 Driver/ClientSideGraphics registry value to
N.
