[Bug 46142] Games launched through Windows Steam no longer launch.

I just want to add that I do not have joystick or gamepad. This is important as
xinput seems to be about gamepads.

I added "xinput1_3" to the dll overrides and set it to (disabled).

This allowed me to start the game.
So try that as workaround.
