[Bug 22960] Endnote X3 full version crashes at start

Installs and starts in 1.2-rc2. 

Has black bars in My Library pane instead of text, I have not been able to fix
that with riched20 override.

When started from word 2007 still gives "No error message is available"
message. Message disappears when endnote is minimized and restored. 

Crashes when inserting citation into word 2007
