[Bug 24345] Button for uninstalling Tunebite is grayed out

I found out that there are two uninstallation procedures on Windows.

On Windows:
This setup dialog just appears, when you click on "Uninstall Tunebite" in the
program menu. It doesn't appear, when you chose uninstall in the Windows system
settings menu.
