The standard DMusic debug list should do:
WINEDEBUG=+seh,+dsound,+dsound3d,+dswave,+dmband,+dmcompos,+dmdump,+dmfile,+dmfileraw,+dmime,+dmloader,+dmobj,+dmscript,+dmstyle,+dmsynth,+dmusic

If that gets too big you can try dropping "+dmfileraw"
