- Applied that patch on wine-8.17
- Clean 32bit WINEPREFIX
- winetricks mfc42
- Copied uiribbon from win7 into .wine system32 folder, made dll override
- Installed and then ran "mspaint1"

Still get "Failed to create empty document". No idea why it suddenly doesn't
work anymore.
