[Bug 34825] Nanocad 3.7 menus have a black panel

I tested Nanocad 5.1.2524 with wine 1.7.15 taken from
http://dev.carbon-project.org/debian/wine-unstable/. Both initialy described
issues exist on this version too. 

1.4.1  (Debian Wheezy): works
1.6.2  (Debian Jessie): fails
1.7.15 (Debian Jessie): fails
