There`s one last thing that springs out to me from you log: err:ole:CoGetClassObject class {3ccc052e-bdee-408a-bea7-90914ef2964b} not registered that belongs according to google to mp4splitter.ax. You could try to download that and register it .Seems to be a free download. http://www.free-codecs.com/mp4_splitter_download.htm (as it says there copy the file MP4Splitter.ax to C:\Windows\System32.
