Since this bug is shaping up to be so similar to bug 12279, it would be
interesting to see if the same (apparent) race condition exists by trying this:

WINEDEBUG+=relay wine DVDFab.exe &>~/test.txt

which seems to have changed the timing enough to cause the FL program to not
register in bug 12279 in spite of compiling with gcc 4.1
