Sadly I still don't see it (either on a high-powered radeonsi or an Intel
laptop); the rotation feature seems to work fine for me :-/

I'd guess it's nvidia-specific, but the original reporter was on AMD /
radeonsi.

I suspect it's ultimately still the same bug, even if it's not CSMT-specific;
probably it's just some sort of race condition that CSMT makes it easier to
see.
