[Bug 15702] Only first USB joystick (js0) of two is activated/available with Wine

A last remark from my side:
This "trick" works very fine BUT you have to "chmod" the event* files every
time you start your PC as the system sets all back.
Therefore I hope the Wine developers can find another way to solve this bug in
the long time.
