[Bug 29255] Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 & 2010 applications do not print OTF

OTF fonts render onscreen, both in the edit window and in print preview, but
don't print. Tested in Word 2007, 1.7.46. The OTF font I tested with this time
was http://www.fontslog.com/download.php?image_id=37571.

As for Wordpad, it can't actually print anything regardless of font (bug
25523).  OTF fonts do render in the edit window, but not in print preview.
