Can you post +tid,+seh,+wintrust,+crypt,+relay with pPolicyStatus->dwError
correctly initialized applied?
E.g. the whole WinVerifyTrust(), CertVerifyCertificateChainPolicy(), ...
MessageBox( "error blah") sequence
