[Bug 12799] Notepad++ : auto-completion window appears with a title bar which is not the case under windows

Still present in Notepad++ 6.1.1 using Fedora 16 x86_64 with wine 1.5.1.

It is only present without desktop graphic virtual emulation. It applies to
both Ctrl-spacebar & Ctrl-enter.
