Log from executing wine ./SapGuiSetup.exe &> ~/SapGuiSetup.log

This is the log file obtained by executing:
wine ./SapGuiSetup.exe &> ~/SapGuiSetup.log

In the SAP installation direction (from unzipping the installation file):
PRES1/GUI/WINDOWS/WIN32
