[Bug 31004] Crysis2 crashes on startup with seh:raise_exception code=c0000005

I doubt it is trying to use GLSL shaders when it crashes - it hasn't even got
to the first splash screen. (Is the GLSL shader a registry setting I can
change? I can't see anything in winecfg for it.)
