Oddly enough, the window is functional: if I click in the area where the drop-down menu *should* be, I do see the outlines of the box appear, but it's still grey. I'm currently running a bisection for this (confirmed good: 0.9.61, bad: 1.1.10), but it's a range of 32000+ commits.
