I made Kontakt 5 working in Windows 7 mode overcoming the problem of
GetLogicalProcessorInformationEx.
Also affected applications CPU-Z, 3DMark03 working too.
See screenshot and proposed patch
Currently I set msvcp120 and msvcr120 native. As well as d3dx9_36 if it is
related.
Mouse is not working in main window, it looks like a next bug.
