Microsoft .NET Framework required for WiX Toolset v3.8.1128.0 setup

Interesting, I was using Wine 1.7.24 before, but when I switched to Wine 1.7.25
this dialog appeared. So the primary problem seems to be that WiX doesn't think
that the .NET Framework is installed, even though Mono should be a suitable
replacement.
