IMHO the issue is that during a calculation we multiply two number together, losing precision in the last digits. Could you test if that works for you? I have tried replacing the float "==" in gdiplus/graphicspath.c:flatten_bezier with an "isclose" variation using the FLT_EPSILON and the problem appears fixed. However, I'm not sure if this is really the best solution.
