Hello folks,

I found a distributed backup of the original game from 1995.

The win16 game crashes with default 'Windows XP' but runs well with any
'Windows 9x' setting.

Same as Bruno, I can't confirm have the video issue there, displays fine as
shown in your Windows screenshots ("interlaced" view).
