Error message

Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) install Wise Registry Cleaner
3) wine WiseRegCleaner.exe

Behaviour:
Error message (See attachment).

Expected behaviour:
No error message.

Terminal output:

Additional info:
Access violation at address 00456D49 in module 'WiseRegCleaner.exe'. Read of
address 000006BD.

Workaround:
WINEDEBUG=+relay
