Another workaround: wine regedit

Delete these keys:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchScopes
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchScopes

-> Doesn't crash anymore, but shows "Manage add-ons" window on every run.
