I don't know what you mean by "vanilla" Do you mean regular wine vs "staging" or "development"? If you mean regular wine then I don't know if it is any different from it vs "staging" or "development"
There's vanilla (regular) wine, and wine-staging. wine-staging is vanilla wine with a bunch of changes on top.
