You can add http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=17209
to the list of entries with orphaned notes. I just managed to create that one
while trying to delete a duplicate note (bug 21886).

Yes, something is wrong with the handling of notes displayed on multiple pages.
