That works _only_ the _first_ time you start the program. The second time the commercial and the tip-window show up but _not_ the program-window BUT: if uninstall the program and reinstall it... it won`t work (commercial and tip show up program not) another BUT: if you uninstall AND remove the registry entries and then reinstall the program runs but again only the first time. That means I don't know how to fix it but the problem is somewhere in the registry. Hope that information helps you to deal with that bug.
