What version is this bug for? Trying to install "SQL Server Express 2008", I get a "file is corrupt" popup box with the error message of: fixme:advapi:DecryptFileA "c:\\01a29e4c8aebd4c4d098\\" 00000000 OKing that popup box ends the installation (it doesn't crash).
