When I use SQLBindCol under 64 bit Wine, I get:

/usr/include/wine/windows/sql.h:507:20: note: expected ‘SQLINTEGER *’ but
argument is of type ‘SQLLEN *’



It compiles without warnings under Windows 32 and 64 bit.  Microsoft docs state
that that argument is SQLLEN *
