you said the installer aborted but here it completed installation even without the patch, it wasn't a blocker. but it still was an exception so i'll send the patches anyways.
sure it "completes" but who knows what the impact of the failing call is, presumably it's doing some post-setup thing looking for a physx card or something - I think there's a software fallback for the physx stuff so I'm sure it's fine with the stub.
