Fix using ntdll-WRITECOPY staging patchset.

I used the existing ntdll-WRITECOPY staging patchset to hopefully fix
Runeterra. Please test and report if it helps.

I had to make some improvements to the ntdll-WRITECOPY staging patchset because
it has problems and was disabled by default.
