Thanks. Could you also post the output of this command (run from build root):

../wine/tools/runtest -P wine -T . -M iphlpapi.dll -p
dlls/iphlpapi/tests/iphlpapi_test.exe iphlpapi

That should tell us which interface gets index 2.
