Actually, while that works, it is not a proper fix: It results in this error
message being shown whenever any wine app is launched:

wine: cannot find L"C:\\windows\\system32\\winemenubuilder.exe"

Removing the corresponding Run key from the registry only temporarily fixes
that, until the next prefix upgrade is performed.
