[Bug 9649] iTunes 7 doesn't recognize iPod

No progress I'm aware of.  The iPod service crashes for me with a call to
cfgmgr32.dll:CM_Get_Parent, after a couple of fixmes from CM_Get_Device_ID_Size
and CM_Get_Device_IDA, so I expect this'll take a good bit of fleshing out of
cfgmgr32/setupapi.
