Just for info ...

1. Some steps further (after adding some small functions, e.g.
ID3DXBaseEffect::GetDesc), the witcher demo crashes with:
wine: Call from 0x7b838ca2 to unimplemented function
d3dx9_36.dll.D3DXCreateCubeTextureFromFileInMemoryEx, aborting.

2. WRC FIFA demo (from #8) is fails because parsing of the states doesn't work
yet.
